Featured Artist of the Month of July-August 2007 is:
 Bead Lounge is celebrating the artwork
of Shiloh Sophia McCloud with a very special exhibition of her original
paintings, her prints, and her "Color Of Woman" personal journals.
 Reverand McCloud creates glowing
works she calls "Sacred Art for Sacred Spaces" and is the Featured
Artist at Bead Lounge during July and August. Visit the store to see these

This is Shiloh's Artist Statement:
"My ministry is to provide sacred images and teachings for women
illuminating pathways to well being, creative practice and passionate livelihood!
Each paintings is a prayer - An image designed as a blessing - An
icon of love and care for our world. Creating art in this way is my spiritual
practice and my connection with the Divine Ma and Pa God. In my prayer I
ask them to reveal to me how I can create images of celebration and healing
that also inspire passion and possibility.
 My work is created with the intention of being
a healing remedy, a moment of peace and beauty where we may rest for a while.
It is an antidote to those influences that try to make us what we are not,
and an invitation towards becoming more of who we really are.
My art and my heart were awakened through becoming aware of the suffering
in the world, and my desire to bring healing as far as I could reach. With
My beloved husband, Isaiah, this has been our work and contribution to the
Sacred Arts Movement since 1994"
